Amar Chauhan has built healthcare-marketing companies for years. His agency, AcquirePatients, has a documented track record scaling clinics' patient volume. DoctoGrow productizes that same playbook into a flat-fee software stack: review capture, on-site SEO, missed-call text-back, and patient communications.

Then we tested our way to the right market. Multiple clinic niches, aesthetic, med spa, dermatology, chiropractic and more, were pulled, enriched, and run in parallel against several offer angles and subject-line variants, so the data, not a guess, told us which segments and which messages actually reply. The niches that treat marketing as a growth lever won, and we leaned into them.
Every positive reply was triaged and handed back fast, with two specific call times instead of a bare calendar link, the detail that turns a busy clinic owner into a booked, showed-up demo. List, copy, niche mix, and deliverability were tuned every single week.
Infrastructure, niche segmentation, offer-angle testing, and reply handling, all tuned weekly. Nothing about it was a generic blast.
