15 leads in six sending days against a 60-day target of 10

A mobile performance network selling rewarded traffic to app publishers. Agencies, in-house SDRs, and senior contractors had all tried outbound here and produced nothing. We contacted 2,989 people across roughly 2,480 app companies, and inside six sending days their closers had 15 leads.

The Before

Four attempts at outbound, nothing to show for any of them.

01 / 02

The network had a real product and closers who convert. What it did not have was a way to start conversations that did not depend on conferences and who the sales lead already knew.

Third-party agencies, in-house SDRs, and experienced senior contractors had all tried. None of them produced. The reason was always the same: they emailed app companies at random, because the people who own mobile acquisition budgets barely exist in standard B2B databases.

The CEO's own summary of four previous vendors: we have never, ever had a good experience.

The Result

The list was the whole thing.

02 / 02

We built the company list from app-store data rather than a contact database: every company screened for 1M+ lifetime installs and live paid acquisition before a single line of copy was written. Three offers across five verticals, each written for the person who owns the budget.

First send went out on a Monday. By Thursday there were 12 positive replies against a guarantee of 10 inside 60 days. Six sending days produced 3,600 emails and 15 leads, each one handed to their closers the moment it landed.

The engine ran at 600 emails a day on our own domains, nineteen days off warmup, so the network's own domain was never exposed. We deliver the leads. What happens on the call belongs to their team.

15 leads in six sending days, into a market four previous vendors had written off as unreachable by cold email.
